- Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
- Express Delivery: Optional upgrade available at checkout.
- Free Standard Delivery on orders above £90.
🧾 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. If you have not received this within 3 working days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@driftco.com
🚫 Address Errors & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. DriftCo.® cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to sender can be reshipped upon payment of a new shipping fee.
⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, local customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping DriftCo.® fee. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond 30 days, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and tracking information.
- Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
